Yesterday was my first mindful movement meditation and today was my first yoga course in a while. And while I had heard before that yoga is just mindful movement, I know truly believe it. So much so that I actually am counting my yoga as meditation today. In an hour and a quarter of yoga I did both movement and laying down breathing meditation to cool down. These were very similar to what I was doing yesterday with the Mindfulness Movement. I think the transition between the two will be much easier than I thought.
